Canadian History

Trace Canada’s unique history throughout the world!

Curriculum Connections

EduTravel’s Canadian History focused travel experiences allow students to more succinctly develop a sense of time. Through visiting certain locations, domestically and internationally, students will have a chance to delve into some deep and expansive questions, such as:

Who are we? Who came before us? How have we changed?

Over the years, EduTravel has had the opportunity to customize Canadian History trips for both elementary and high school students. Domestic destinations have included: Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City, Niagara Falls and Kingston. We have also created several trips to France and Belgium, showcasing Canada’s efforts in the First and Second World Wars.

Through our various historically focused trips, students have been able to better develop an understanding of past Canadian societies and how they relate to the modern world. It’s never been a better time to practice the notion that: “those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.”
